Important things to know before your visit:

– Children under the age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

– Skip the entrance line and show your View from the Shard tickets at the box office when you arrive

– Last entry is 1-hour prior to the closing time.

– There is no time restriction to your visit. Once inside, you can enjoy the experience for as long as you like, until closing time.

– The View from The Shard is fully accessible from ground level all the way up to the open-air Level 72, with disabled toilet facilities situated on Level 1 and Level 68.

– The viewing platforms do not have fixed seating but should you require a chair we do supply them on request.

– Pets or animals of any nature are expressly prohibited at The View from The Shard.

How to get there:

– By Tube/Train: The View from The Shard is a short walk from London Bridge Underground Station (Northern and Jubilee lines) and London Bridge Station (Southern and South Eastern trains). Follow signs for The Shard or Joiner Street.

– By Bus: Buses 43, 48, 141, 149, and 521 stop outside London Bridge Station.

– By Car: There is no parking or drop-off at The View from The Shard. Nearest car parks are about a 5-minute walk away.

How to get there:

– To reach the meeting point at the Ritz Hotel (W1J 9BR), located next to two red telephone boxes, the nearest underground station is Green Park.

– To reach Green Park station, you can use the London Underground. It is served by the Jubilee, Piccadilly, and Victoria lines. Simply follow the signs within the station to reach the street level and exit near the Ritz Hotel.
